You can make a full commitment to your business momentum taking three days to make meaningful change (Monday 16th - Wednesday 18th June).

EXPERIENCED BUSINESS OWNERS
The Pickery
Julie helps people, businesses, and flowers grow. A qualified coach and business mentor, she has been running The Pickery, a micro flower farm just north of Wellington, for the past seven years.
She's the co-founder of the Floral Business Activator supporting other seasonal flower growers build thriving businesses.
Julie is passionate about supporting the people behind small-scale flower businesses. She co-founded the Wellington Flower Collective and created the NZ Flower Farm Directory to make it easier for people to buy seasonal flowers directly from local growers.
Whether she’s coaching, growing, or writing, Julie loves nothing better than helping floral entrepreneurs get clear, confident, and intentional in how they lead, grow, and sell.
Floral Designer
Yvette is a floral designer, educator, and creative entrepreneur with a deep love for all things botanical. Trained in the classic traditions of English floristry, she has worked across the UK and NZ creating floral experiences for weddings, events, and retail clients.
In 2016, Yvette opened her own botanical studio in Wellington’s CBD—quickly becoming known for her lush, seasonal designs and her thoughtful approach to retail floristry. She’s passionate about styling, sustainability, and creating floral moments that feel both grounded and gorgeous.
Yvette brings a wealth of hands-on experience in running a bricks-and-mortar flower shop, styling for corporate events, and building a loyal retail customer base—making her the perfect guide for growers ready to elevate how they present and sell their flowers.
