When you join the FBA you are signing up to an auto-renewal for you your subscription.
Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, which can be done through your Account settings any subscription-based Services you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. To change or resign your FBA Membership at any time, go to the billing section of the settings area account. If you terminate your FBA membership, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
1. Definitions:
a). “Floral Business Activator”, "We or Us" includes the Floral Business Activator web site, Julie Treanor trading as Just Lead and The Pickery, Christy Ralphs, Nourish Gardens Ltd, and any of their employees, agents or representatives.
b). “Information” means the contents of the Floral Business Activator, any videos, live streams or instructions or directions given on or by the Floral Business Activator or any emails or other communications that take place between Us and You.
c). “Personal Information” means visual images, names, any recordings of any Subscriber, including identifying material.
d). “Subscriber” means any person or entity that uses the Web Site or Information of the Floral Business Activator.
e). “Web Site” means the Floral Business Activator web site.
2. You making a payment to Floral Business Activator, or You using the Web Site or having direct communication with Us constitutes agreement by You to these terms and conditions.
3. The Information is for guidance purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, investment, financial, legal or scientific advice. We recommend You consult a lawyer, business advisor or accountant for any entity set up, accounting, financial or operational legal or business issues.

7. Floral Business Activator is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequence arising from use or reliance upon all or any of the Information.
8. From time to time Floral Business Activator may reference or suggest use of certain commercially available products or providers. However, WE are not responsible in any way for the quality or performance of any such products or entities.
9. Personal Information provided by a Subscriber to Floral Business Activator directly or through participation in the activities of Floral Business Activator, particularly live video, will be collected and stored by Floral Business Activator for use on the Web Site and may be used as Information. Subscribers have the right to access or correct their own Personal Information at any time on reasonable notice.
10. If the Web Site becomes unavailable or malfunctions for any reason, Floral Business Activator will use reasonable efforts to make it available and functioning as soon as reasonably possible. However, Floral Business Activator is not responsible for any consequences arising directly or indirectly from any unavailability or malfunction of the Web Site or Information.
11. We are not responsible for any harm You may occur in the use of the Web Site that may be caused by any web attack or other external interference.
12. The Web Site and name Floral Business Activator and all the information is the intellectual property of Floral Business Activator. You may not sell, transfer, reproduce or otherwise use the information other than for the purpose it is provided, as set out or anticipated by Floral Business Activator.
13. All Subscribers will be polite and respectful to others while engaged with or through Floral Business Activator. We reserve the right to cancel the subscription of any Subscriber who might breach this requirement, misrepresent themselves or otherwise misuse Floral Business Activator.
